SEA RIDING: Discover the Crozon peninsula on Gwellañ, a liveaboard sailboat
The Crozon peninsula, seen from the sea, is a treasure trove of vistas to be enjoyed:
- Either as a half-day or full-day trip: you'll be charmed by the scenery, the wildlife, and the pleasure of gliding along the water.
- Or as a way of discovering the region while learning or perfecting your sailing skills, with several itineraries to be defined according to your wishes and the weather. Either discover the region while learning or perfecting your sailing skills, with several 2 or 3-day itineraries to be defined according to your wishes and the weather:
- The bays of Camaret and Douarnenez: fortifications seen from the sea, Pointe Saint-Mathieu with the ruins of the abbey, Rocher du Lion, tas de pois, Cap de la chèvre, Anse de Morgat or Port de Douarnenez. This is the "Richesses de la baie" course
- The islands of the Mer d'Iroise: Sein or Ouessant. For Ouessant, we'll have an exciting sail through the Helle and Fromveur channels, or the Pierres Noires and La Jument lighthouse. For the Isle of Sein, we'll take in the Pointe des Pois, the Tévennec islet and, weather permitting, the Ar-Men lighthouse. And don't miss a gastronomic break in one of the good restaurants.
- Les Abers: Coming from Camaret, after rounding Point St-Mathieu and the ruins of its abbey, we'll choose to head for either Aber Ildut (closest), Aber Benoît or Aber Vrac'h (furthest away)
- If the weather is windier, we'll head for the Brest roadstead: We'll discover the fortifications of Camaret Bay and those of the Brest Narrows, as well as the Ile Longue base housing the French Navy's submarines and the Naval Academy.
