Cafés Sable

Welcome to Sable, the roastery at the end of the world.

At the tip of Finistère, on the Crozon peninsula, the beans of Cafés Sable can be smelled from the foam of La Palue to the cliffs of Pen-hir. Specialty coffees freshly roasted in my workshop just outside Camaret-sur-Mer.

These producer coffees are selected from qualified sources in direct contact with farms and cooperatives.

Each roast is carried out according to the origin and variety of the coffee, after an in-depth analysis of the beans. At Cafés Sable, roasting is carried out using probes that enable real-time monitoring of temperature curves during bean development, to ensure even, precise roasting.
