Distiller-gatherer Vincent Conseil invites you to taste his spirits, made on site in the old-fashioned way, using a traditional copper still. Come and taste his quality liqueurs and artisanal spirits: whisky, gin, pastis, liqueurs, aperitif, absinthe... Natural, authentic beverages, just like the peninsula itself!
Made from plants and fruit picked in nature and in the garden, or grown locally using organic methods.
