Battle of the Atlantic Memorial

Since 1990, the museum has been located on the site of historic events.

Facing the ocean, sheltered beneath the massive concretes of a German pillbox (one of the structures of the Atlantic Wall of 1942), this memorial reminds the free peoples of the world of the sacrifice of those who perished at sea during this gigantic battle for freedom.
