The Fonds Hélène & Édouard Leclerc pour la culture is a center for contemporary art, located in Landerneau in the former Capuchin convent. Presenting artists emblematic of our time and mediating their work to a broad public are the objectives of the temporary exhibition program.

1,000,000 visitors to Landerneau
Since its opening in 2012, the FHEL has welcomed over 1,000,000 visitors! If it has become a meeting place for contemporary art lovers, the site welcomes an increasingly varied and numerous public, of all ages and backgrounds. Each year, two temporary exhibitions are held in the 1,200 m² hall.

Retrospective
The FHEL welcomed Joan Miró in 2013, Jean Dubuffet in 2014, Alberto Giacometti in 2015, the 3rd stage of the Opéra national de Paris in spring 2016, Marc Chagall in 2016, Pablo Picasso in 2017, Henry Moore and Mitchell/Riopelle in 2018, and most recently Enki Bilal and Ernest Pignon-Ernest.
