Why take advantage?

The pointe de Pen-Hir ("Beg Penn Hir" in Breton) is located south-west of the Crozon peninsula, in the commune of Camaret-sur-mer. This exceptional site is well worth a visit.
On a clear day, you'll be able to take in the breathtaking panorama between the Pointe Saint-Mathieu and the Isle of Ushant to the north, and the Pointe du Raz and the Isle of Sein to the south. At your feet, you'll be met by sparse moorland and jagged cliffs that plunge into the Iroise Sea some 70 m below. Exposed to the sea spray, these Armorican sandstone walls are ideal for rock-climbing enthusiasts.
