A short history of La Trinitaine:

It was in 1955, in a modest shop in La Trinité-sur-Mer (56), that Lucien Petit invented a cake recipe by chance: a thin rolled cookie, the pure butter cigarette.

The success of this product led to a major challenge for the whole family: the creation of the La Trinitaine cookie factory.

An emblematic brand of Brittany's heritage, the history of La Trinitaine is based on a family, a region and the know-how of a cookie maker.

Passed down from generation to generation, this know-how guarantees the original recipes, but always with the boldness and agility to innovate and offer new products.

A retailer with heart and soul, La Trinitaine not only manufactures over 11,000 tonnes of cookies, but also has a network of 46 boutiques in France.
