Our penty (detached character house) is located in the typical village of Kerdreux. It's set back from the road, so it's quiet and safe for children.

As the starting point for a number of hiking trails (Gr34), holidaymakers can discover the many landscapes of the Presqu'Ile (Cap de la Chèvre, Ile Vierge, Pointe de Dinan, Ile de l'Aber....).

No need to take the car, Kerdreux beach is just 500 meters from the house, and the beaches of La Palue, Lostmarch and Goulien, so popular with surfers, are just a short drive away.

Completely renovated, our penty features :

ground floor: kitchen/dining room with fireplace opening onto the terrace, bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate WC and utility room (washing machine - tumble dryer - sink).
first floor: pleasant mezannine, two bedrooms, one with a cot, second WC with vanity unit.
the garden is enclosed and we provide two garden tables, sun loungers, parasols.....

La Maison des Minéraux is 1 km away and Morgat 4 km, with all the facilities to welcome holidaymakers: nautical center, swimming pool, food store, doctor and chemist, restaurants.....

Crozon is just 7 km away, with its small daily market and numerous shops.
