(beach house) is a 4-star furnished holiday home built in 2021, with a 110 m2 floor area overlooking Morgat beach and harbor.
The bedrooms are spacious, two with magical sea views.
The 48 m2 living room opens onto a 22 m2 wooden terrace, ideal for relaxing.
Everything here is within walking distance, so you can leave the house with your towel on your shoulder and be at the beach in two minutes, with shops, restaurants, the Morgat tourist office and a small supermarket with a fishmonger, From the house, it's just a few steps to the GR34 (starting point at the end of rue Pors Léon), and we've provided a welcome booklet to help and advise you if necessary. There's so much to do here, but most of all, take the time to relax and recharge your batteries.

Our tiny village garden has only just been planted, so we'll have to wait a little longer to see hydrangeas, roses, hollyhocks and agapanthus in bloom.

The garage will accommodate your car with a maximum height of 1.90 m and a length of 4.80 m.

Fiber has just been installed in Ker-Traezhenn.
