The terrace is large and south-west-facing.

The grounds are enclosed and laid to lawn. There is a petanque court and parking for 3 cars.

The house has a three-star rating. The house is close to all amenities yet quiet.

Hiking (GR34 in particular) or kayaking, sailing or scuba-diving christenings, seaside walks, the pleasures of the beach, music concerts in summer - there's plenty to keep you entertained, with family or friends.
